Visiting Specialist at Health Department's newly approved Urban CHC (UCHC) of Vadodara Municipal Corporation, Contract Paramedical Staff for 11 months as well as Outsourcing on a very temporary basis. Applications are invited online only.

Education Qualification :
(1) Bachelor of Pharmacy from a recognized institute or
(2) Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institute and 3 years work experience
(3) Registration with Gujarat Pharmacy Council is required.

General terms and conditions and necessary instructions:
1. Before applying for the post mentioned above, the candidate should make sure that he / she has the required qualifications.

3. Educational Information: If the educational information for each post is not in the education qualification details involved, fill in the information of OTHER1 and computer course in OTHER2.
4. Age Limit : (1) A Visiting Specialist (Consultant) cannot apply for more than 3 years as well as a retired candidate. (2) For para medical staff as well as other staff not more than 3 years as well as retired candidate cannot apply.
5. Age will be taken into consideration considering the last date of accepting the application
6. The details filled by the candidate in the prescribed application form will be considered final for the entire recruitment process and his proofs will have to be submitted in the original when requested by the office otherwise the application form which will be considered canceled at that stage.
7. Candidate must have passed CCC + / CCC level computer course from a government recognized institute.
8. During the recruitment process if any candidate who directly or indirectly attempts to recommend politically or in any other way will be disqualified.
9. If the candidate has shown any details in the application form incorrectly and it comes to his notice then his application form / appointment will be canceled at any stage.
10. Written examination / oral interview regarding recruitment under this advertisement will be decided by the competent officer of Vadodara Municipal Corporation.
11. Candidates called for direct verification of certificates / written / oral test will not be eligible to receive any kind of travel allowance.
