National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER) SAS Nagar (Mohali) is the first national level institute in pharmaceutical sciences with a proclaimed objective of becoming a centre of excellence for advanced studies and research in pharmaceutical sciences.
NIPER invites applications from Indian nationals seeking nominations for applying to Ramanujan / Ramalingaswami/ Inspire Faculty / DBT Wellcome Trust (Intermediate) Fellowships. If selected for the fellowship award, the institute will provide necessary administrative and basic R&D infrastructural facilities for the fellowship duration; the rest of the terms will be as per the fellowship norms. The institute will be under no obligation to offer regular positions to these Fellows.
Applications are welcome in all branches of NIPER SAS Nagar, namely Medicinal Chemistry, Natural Products, Traditional Medicine, Pharmacoinformatics, Pharmaceutical Technology - Process Chemistry, Pharmacology, Regulatory Toxicology, Biotechnology, Pharmacy Practice, Clinical Research, Pharmaceutical Technology – Biotechnology, Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Analysis, Pharmaceutical Technology-Formulations, Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical Management.
Eligibility : Ph.D. in the relevant area, minimum 2 years post-doctoral experience, high- quality publications, and high academic credentials. Candidates will be short-listed based on seminars and interactions with department faculty members. Short-listed candidates will be provided with a host-institution endorsement/sponsorship certificate.
