Qualification :
* Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized institute. Should have Registered under Jharkhand state Pharmacy Council.
* Computer Proficiency (MS Office) & Internet.
Salary (Rs. Per month) : Rs. 11,550/-
Applications are invited for appointment against category wise vacant posts of low para medical personnel on contract / honorarium basis till 4:00 PM on 10.08.2022.
Selection Process
1. Self-attested copy of necessary certificates in the prescribed form for claiming reservation, caste certificate issued by the competent authority, matriculation certificate related to date of birth, local resident certificate and civil surgeon along with completely filled application - The Co-Chief Medical Officer will ensure to send the application form to Giridih by registered post/speed post.
2. Application fee- Rs.400/- for the general category/OBC/Backward class applicants for each post, Rs.200/- for SC/ST applicants by the demand draft of District Rural Health Society, Giridih. Payable in name will be mandatory to be attached with the application form.
3. Candidates will be selected on the basis of marks obtained in academic and technical examinations / written test / skill test / interview, one or more as applicable.
4. All the candidates will ensure to send the application form through registered post/speed post only.
5. In the recruitment process, preference will be given to the local candidate.
6. Objection will be received on the entry through newspapers by uploading the received applications / mark sheets and certificates in the computer and uploading it on the website
7. All the information related to the appointment will be given through dailies giridih.nic.in.
Conditions of Selection :
1. There will be no employment of the employees on contract basis, but they will be contracted to work against the approved honorarium.
2. District level reservation roster will be admissible in all the above posts.
3. The contract will be for one year. As per the requirement, the contract period can be extended by one year on the basis of Annual Performance Appraisal.
4. The contract can be terminated by giving one month's notice or one month's honorarium to the contractual persons on the basis of the contract.
5. The candidates who are presenting the CGPA Score-card for educational qualification will submit the CGPA Conversion Chart along with the mark sheet.
6. For applying for more than one post, it will be mandatory for the applicant to apply separately.
7. Shortlisted candidates will be included in the further selection process according to the advertised qualification, merit.
8. The decision of the committee in the appointment process will be final and binding.
9. The terms and conditions of the advertisement can be amended as required by the committee.
10. No personal correspondence/contact will be entertained in connection with the appointment.
11. Applicants must mention the post code number on their application form and the envelope of the application form.
12. At any stage of the selection process, if the information/form given by any candidate is found to be incorrect, legal action can be taken against him/her by canceling his/her candidature/appointment with immediate effect.
