Pharma awards 2022-23 Community Pharmacist
Eligibility :
The registered pharmacist having more than 3 years of regular job in the community pharmacy and having contributed to the improvement of patient/family community care by exceeding the limitations of the job functions Processing Methodology :
The proposal shall be assessed by an Expert Committee in the following criteria,
a) Education and counselling of patients in the drug usage;
b) Active involvement in the propagation of message to the masses on drug abuse;
c) Participation in the mass education / promotion programme for any of the following fields: -
i) Pulse Polio Drive;
ii) Hepatitis infection drive;
iii) HIV and AIDS Programme; and
iv) Environmental awareness;
v) Blood donation Camp
vi) Rational use of drugs
e) Nutrition counselling etc;
f) Contribution in the National Rural Health Scheme; g) Contribution in the child and women healthcare;
h) Education of the masses on the fake / spurious drugs; and
i) Working in difficult areas like tribal areas and other interior/ remote areas.
Pharma awards 2022-23 Hospital Pharmacist Eligibility
The registered pharmacists having more than 3 years of regular job in the hospital / and having contributed to the improvement of patient care.
Processing Methodology :
The proposal shall be assessed by an Expert Committee in the following criteria,
a) Development or organization of a unit of responsibility which provides extraordinary care to patients by increasing own skills and knowledge, developing staff, procuring supplies and equipment, streamlining technique and maintaining esprit de corps (a feeling of pride and mutual loyalty shared by the members of a group) sufficient to bring recognition to the employing organization;
b) Contribution towards management of drugs in the hospital in the field of -
i) Selection of hospital formulary;
ii) Procurement of drugs; and
iii) Management of drug storage and distribution within the hospital;
c) Reduction of cost of drug component of therapy;
d) No wrong dispensing of drug in the entire career;
e) Introduction of innovative method of pharmacy management
within the hospital; and
f) Contribution in patient counselling about drugs etc.
Pharma awards 2022-23 Teaching profession-Academic Pharmacist
Eligibility
Regular teachers/ faculties working in PCI approved Degree level and Diploma institutions.
Processing Methodology :
The proposal shall be assessed by an Expert Committee in the following criteria.
1. Teaching Effectiveness:
a) Courses taught (Theory/Tutorial/Lab) b) Duration of courses taught/at level
c) Mentoring activity
d) Laboratory infrastructure development/Learning Projects
e) Classroom Performance
2. Academic Research:
a) Numbers of Masters/PhD dissertations guided
b) Numbers of publications/Single author/Group member
c) Science Citation Index/ Scopus/ UGC/Google scholar/Research gate scores
d) Books/Chapters/Monographs/Project reports/laboratory manuals Prepared,
e) Editor/ Member Editorial Board of Journals
3. Sponsored Research / FDPs/ Consultancy:
a) Consultancy/Projects/Industrial R&D (Completed/Under progress)
b) FDPs/Seminars/Conferences/Refresher Courses (Organized/Attended)
c) Research funding/International or National Projects/Programs
d) Patents/IPR/Transfer of Technology/Product Innovation
4. Any other curricular activities
Pharma awards 2022-23 Industrial Pharmacist
Eligibility
The registered pharmacists haying more than 2 years of regular job in the industry and haying contributed to the improvement of field
Processing Methodology :
The proposal shall be assessed by an Expert Committee in the following criteria,
a) person from manufacturing/QA/QC are eligible
b) Other science people are not eligible
c) Both small or large scale industries considered
Pharma awards 2022-23 Research Pharmacist
Eligibility The registered pharmacists having more than 2 years of regular job in the research field and haying contributed to the improvement of drug development.
Processing Methodology:
The proposal shall be assessed by an Expert Committee in the following
criteria,
a) familiar with R&D work
b) new findings about the current drug development system
c) projects or research works approved by state or central government
d) JRFs and SRFs are eligible
Pharma awards 2022-23 Entrepreneur Pharmacist
Eligibility
The registered pharmacists having more than 3 years of experience in pharma business and having contributed to the improvement of patient care by providing great service apart from money making
policies.
Processing Methodology:
The proposal shall be assessed by an Expert Committee in the following criteria,
a) diploma/degree/doctor in pharmacy people are eligible
b) should run the business with proper documentation with regular tax paying
c) any sponsorship to the research works
d) supporting the society during the pandemic
e) creating the branches
Pharma awards 2022-23 Student Pharmacist Eligibility
The students who are studying the final year diploma/bachelor/doctor and masters in pharmacy are eligible Processing Methodology:
The proposal shall be assessed by an Expert Committee in the following criteria,
a) Student scored more than 75% are eligible
b) branch wise awarded for masters in pharmacy
c) best awarded students for final year projects
d) colleges under Dr MGR university and other deemed universities are eligible to apply
IMPORTANT NOTE
- all nominees will receive certificate of appreciation/silver medal
- any registered pharmacist could apply., - membership is not mandatory - no age limit (both young and experience) candidates would be awarded for each criteria
- application fees 300/-
-anyone will attend the ceremony
