Post : Deputy Vice President (Hcs)

Job Description
1. Conceptualizing, planning and implementation of social projects implemented in collaboration with State govt/ Central govt, NHM and PSU’s
2. To establish the strategic frameworks for capitalizing new Pan India Social projects
3. Business development in path-lab, Medical imaging, Facility Management and Dialysis Service projects implemented in collaboration with State govt./ NHM
4. At least 5 years of experience in Handling Govt aided social/ community development projects for ensuring business collaborations with Govt departments.
5. Proven track record of leading/ directing the govt funded social projects with various business associates of National and International Organizations
6. Responsible for identification of new business in diagnostics projects and further spearhead the pitching of business to new consumers and the generation of new leads.
7. Tracking of proposal development opportunities from govt agencies, large institutions and corporations and producing proposals for submission to potential donor agencies and foundations.
8. Responsible for conducting regular performance, marketing and competitive analysis of high value investment projects for the business to identify business opportunities
9. Liaisoning with INGOs/ Govt agencies for funding and resource mobilization
10. Expansion of Health screening Programme of the division

Candidate Profile
Maximum Age : 50 years as on 01.07.2021
Scale of Pay (For Regular appointment) : Rs.32900 - 58000/- (Deputy Vice President (E5)) (under revision)
Annual CTC: Rs.15.7 (Non-Metro) lakhs (approx.) at the minimum of the scale.
Consolidated pay range (For Fixed Term Contract engagement) : Rs.60, 000 to 90, 000 per month
(The consolidated pay will be fixed within the pay range depending on the qualification, experience and the current pay drawn by the candidate. The consolidated pay will be inclusive of all allowances and benefits).
Educational Qualification :
Essential : MBA (Marketing)/ MSW (Medical & Psychiatric Social Work)
Experience
Essential : Minimum 12 years relevant experience
