Experience :
• Proven track record of Laboratory research with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while effectively interacting & collaborating in a team environment.
• Analytical, writing and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English communication.
Desirable : Should have sound knowledge in research activities. Patents.
General Requirements
• Mobilizing research grants and executing them.
• Guiding PhD students.
• Conducting public health outreach programs on campus and in the field.
• Exploring patent possibilities.
• Collaborating- intra- and inter-departmental and national/ international.
• Promoting SRM college of Pharmacy activities including student admissions/ internships / placement.
• Possess good communication skills (writing and speaking) in English (must), Tamil, Hindi/ other languages.
• Be a team player and take initiatives.
• Participate and contribute enthusiastically to Pharmacy technical programs and administration as and when required.
