Advertisement is being published for the following vacant contractual posts under National Health Mission as per the approved action plan of the district for the financial year 2020-21 under National Health Mission and instructions given in Chhattisgarh Human Resource Policy 2018. Interested and eligible candidates can apply in the prescribed form along with the application form themselves, by appearing in the office of Chief Medical and Health Officer, District Bemetara (Chhattisgarh).

1. The application fee will be payable through demand draft in the name of “District Health Society Bemetara”. Bank drafts made in any other name will not be accepted and such candidate will be ineligible for selection.
2. Application without application fee and application fee less than the prescribed amount will not be considered and the candidate concerned will be kept ineligible in the selection process
3. Photocopy of bank slip, demand draft received from the bank as application fee will not be accepted.
General conditions and guidelines regarding recruitment
1. Applicants You should be a native resident of Chhattisgarh .
2. Domicile certificate will have to be brought in original from the competent authority level.
3. For the contractual posts of Nursing Officer, the minimum age will be 18 years and maximum 70 years for medical post and 64 years for managerial post. The age will be calculated from the date of 01 January 2021 of the contract year of the advertisement year.
4. In respect of caste, produce a permanent caste certificate issued by the competent authority. The candidate should affix a self-attested latest passport size photograph of himself at the specified place in the application form.
5. With the application on the above posts, the desired qualification certificate, educational qualification experience certificate from recognized institution / university, caste, residence certificate and registration certificate, self-attested photocopies are mandatory. In case of attachment and not found attached, the Collector/Chairman District Health Committee will have the right to cancel the application.
6. The original copies of all the self-attested certificates attached by the applicant in the application will also be compulsorily produced at the time of interview, otherwise he/she will not be eligible.
7. No traveling allowance will be paid to the candidate for appearing in the selection process. The selection process, result will be pasted on the notice board of the office of the Chief Medical and Health Officer, Bemetara.
8. All appointments are on contract basis till 31.03.2022 and are purely temporary and non-transferable. If the work evaluation is satisfactory, the above period can be extended.
9. On regular recruitment, the contractual posts will automatically stand cancelled.
10. It will be mandatory for the candidates working in Government / Semi-Government to submit the No Objection Certificate issued by the employer. After selection, it will be mandatory for all the selected candidates to take No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the concerned authority to apply elsewhere.
11. Advertisement can also be canceled due to administrative reasons and in case of non-qualified candidates, the recruitment can be canceled and re-advertised by the President District Health Committee.
12. The selection on the above posts will be done by the District Level Selection Committee under the National Health Mission. No information will be given to the candidates regarding incomplete, unclear and erroneous application forms.
13. Every applicant should see the instructions given in the advertisement and all the information in the application form and fill the correct and complete information carefully.
14. If any information is given incomplete, unclear or erroneous in the application form, then the application can be canceled at any stage of selection on the basis of incompleteness without prior notice to the applicant.
15. Collector and President, District Health Committee, Bemetara will have all the right to resolve any dispute and problem arising during the recruitment process and to take the final decision.
16. Reservation The provision of reservation will be implemented as per the prevailing roster system in the district.
Applications received by Speed Post, Registered Post, Ordinary Post or any other means will not be accepted and applications received after the prescribed date and time will also not be accepted
