Job Description
• 1st and 2nd level support for Discoverant Business Service: incident/service request management, problem management incl. root cause analysis and CAPA management, change request management, monitoring, trouble shooting of application interfaces on request
• SPOC for solution provider for 3rd level support, coordination of solution provider Biovia-Dassault Systems
• Reporting and monitoring of SLA targets
• Assist Project Manager to order infrastructure
• Write project delivery documentation (IQs, Technical specs, IT Risk Analysis…)

Candidate Profile
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft server platform (i.e. MS Windows Servers, Active Directory, Citrix, …)
• Profound troubleshooting skills for Discoverant, Oracle PL/SQL, WEB application
• Basic knowledge of network, firewall, IT Architecture and Technology,
• Good knowledge of general IT processes (ITIL based) and tools (e.g. ServiceNow, HPSM, JIRA,..)
• Experiences in Pharmaceuticals Business and Manufacturing processes; Preferred: BI experiences
• Fluent in English
• Good teamwork capability and customer orientation
• BA / MA informatics or scientific background with strong informatics background
• 1-2 years’ experience as Discoverant business analyst or project manager
• Experience to work in international teams including European countries
• Experience work as commercial software developer or work with third party software developers
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience, or pharmaceutical Process Development experience in general is a plus
