Post : Key Account Manager for Nursing Homes

The position
• As a Key Accounts Manager you will ensure strong customer experience across multiple stakeholders in the accounts (senior doctors, interns, nurses, pharmacies, relevant doctors from allied specialties, admin).
• You will be leading the process of effective implementation of account plan for strategic accounts. Being responsible for achieving sales targets for the respective strategic accounts.
• You will be displaying service mindset, proposing solutions and delivering results. Anchoring strong knowledge across the products in Novo Nordisk portfolio.
• In collaboration with the Key Accounts Manager COE team and regional Key Accounts Manager deliver results. In-detail awareness on the account ecosystem and know-how with the multiple KOLs, administrators, Nurses, educators etc.

Candidate Profile
• You hold a full-time bachelor’s degree in Pharma / Administration / Science / Engineering from a reputed institution. You have minimum experience of 5 years in working with nursing homes or related institutions
• As a Sales professional, you should be good at business development at ground levels in nursing homes/clinics, preferably worked in hospitals in previous roles
• You should have an excellent communication skill both oral and written
• Strong at stakeholder management
• A strong track record in thorough planning, execution and follow-up is required, with a creative and innovative attitude that will enable you to drive initiatives with operational excellence in mind
