Conditions :
1. Educational Qualifications, Pay Scales and Service Conditions are as prescribed by the apex body, Govt. of Maharashtra and Shivaji University Kolhapur from time to time.
2. All the reservation policies shall be applicable as declared by the Government.
3 .Roman figures in the brackets show the number of times the post is being advertised.
4. If the proper eligible candidate is not available for reservation post VJNT, The post will be internal transferable. to NT-B, NT-C, NT-D for this recruitment year only.
5. Reserved category candidates outside the State of Maharashtra will be treated as Open Category candidates.
6. Reserved category candidates are advised to send a copy of their application to the Deputy Registrar, Special Cell, Shivaji University, Kolhapur- 416004.
7. Reservation for female / disabled persons will be decided by the appointing authorities.
8. Reserved category candidates shall produce the Caste Validity Certificate as per the directives issued by the state Government vide Circular No. BCC-2011/ 1064@2011@16&c dated 12-12-2011.
9. Reserved category candidates from the category (except SC/ST) shall produce Non-creamy layer certificate at the time of Interview.
10. Applicants who are already in service they should apply through proper channel.
