District Health & Family Welfare Society, Jind invites applications from the eligible candidates for filling up 04 Posts of Pharmacists (03 Gen & 01 SC) under Rashtriya Bal Sawasthya Karyakarm (RBSK) purely on contract basis, initially up to 31.03.2019 or till the sanction of posts lasts, whichever is earlier.

Entry level Pay/Remuneration : Consolidated pay at Entry level - 12500/- per month (After completion of 5 year Satisfactory Service Pay Band 9300-34800 +3200 GP will be applicable as per NHM Service Bye Laws.)
Essential Qual. :
(1) 10+2 with science (Physics & chemistry) Diploma in Pharmacy from Recognized institute.
(2) Registered as Pharmacist with Haryana Pharmacy council under Section 31(a) or 31(c) or 32(a) of the Pharmacy Act, 1948 as applicable to Haryana State.
Desirable: (1) Computer proficiency with familiarity of Data management and commonly used packages like MS Word, Power point and excel etc. (2) Knowledge of Hindi up to matric standard.
Important Instructions:
1. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates coming for interview/written Test.
2. Candidates are required to bring paperboard and Black/Blue Ball pen for written examination
3. Candidates must bring his/her Identity Proof in original at the time of Written Examination/Interview.
4. Full particulars along with contact No. email id, postal address with PIN CODE, two Passport size photos & self attested copies of educational qualification, age proof, residence proof, Experience Certificate with salary, Registration Certificate, Caste certificate and Domicile certificate, in case of reserved category etc. should be attached with the application.
5. Civil Surgeon Office, Jind has the right to reject any application which is incomplete or having false/misleading information.
6. Original documents of educational qualification, age proof, residence proof, Experience Certificate with salary, Registration Certificate, Caste certificate and Domicile certificate, in case of reserved category etc. are required to be produced at the time of interview.
7. Number of posts can be increased or decreased by the competent authority.
8. For reservation of Posts and relaxation in age Haryana Government policy will be followed.
9. All the posts are institution wise, therefore non-transferable. Only one application will be accepted from each candidate. The selected candidate will remain posted at the place of appointment.
10. Any additional work/placement under these programmes can be assigned by appointing authority.
11. In case of unsatisfactory performance and conduct the services shall be terminated.
12. Basic computer knowledge is compulsory and shortlisted candidates will have to take computer Test.

13. Written /Screening test will be conducted for Screening of the candidates and only shortlisted candidates will appear in computer skill test and interview. Written/ Screening test is to check I.Q., General knowledge and knowledge of the candidate about the concerned subject. Those candidates who are unable to get 40% marks in screening test/Written test shall not be shortlisted for computer skill test and interview.
14. Last date for receipt of application will be cut off date for age limit.
15. Application should reach to Dy. Civil Surgeon (School Health), Room No. 8, Office of Civil Surgeon, Jind-126102, by 19 July 2018, 04:00 P.M. No application will be entertained after 19 July, 2018. District Health & Family Welfare Society, Jind will not be responsible for any type of postal delay.
16. Computer test and interview of shortlisted candidates will be held on the same day or next day of written examination depending upon the number of candidates, in the office of Civil Surgeon Jind.
17. Fee of rupees 200/- for General Category and rupees 50/- for Schedule Caste & Backward Class Category is to be paid for each application submitted via Demand Draft drawn in favor of Chairman Civil Surgeon Jind payable at Jind . No application will be considered without required fee.
18. Candidates are advised to regularly check the updates on District Jind Administration website jind.gov.in No separate letter will be sent for tests (Screening Test, Computer skill test) and interview.

Last date of receipt of application along with required documents & fee is 19-07-2018. The candidates who have previously applied for these posts in response to advertisement published in newspapers in December 2017 need to apply again with required fee for these posts because previously submitted applications by them will not be considered.
