GOOD TEACHING AND GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS As the primary function, the faculty member serves as a catalyst in the learning process by keeping current in the chosen field, presenting course content in an organized and motivating manner, and responding to students as distinct individuals with varied interests, needs and abilities. One year probation period.
Candidate Profile
Assistant Professor First Class B.Pharm with Master’s degree in Pharmacy (M.Pharm) in appropriate branch of specialization in Pharmacy (Qualification must be PCI recognized). A PCI recognized Pharm.D degree holder shall also be eligible for the posts of Lecturer/Assistant Professor in the subjects of Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmacognosy & Medicinal Chemistry. A lecturer will be re-designated as Assistant Professor after 2 years of teaching experience in PCI approved/recognized Pharmacy College. Freshers can be apply also.
