Job Description
· Performing process point of view mechanical activity
· Responsible for monitoring and testing of all the testing equipment and verifying that it works according to the EQP. Completing documentation about the work.
· Participate in meetings with customers to discuss projects.
· To perform calibration for all instrument prior for commissioning
· Coordinates with the consumers, consultant and other relevant parties for site inspections
· Monitoring site activities.
· Performing Pre Commissioning activity at sites. Reporting site activities to Head office
· SAT: checking the equipment as per EQP. Commissioning of the equipment. Solving the problem at sites.
· Prepares daily/ weekly accomplishment report during surveillance
· Ensures work completed to conformity with prevailing standards and specifications
· Ensures all documents, tools consumables and equipment is available to perform the scope of work.
· Establishes positive thinking relationship with the mediate supervision with personnel from other department.
· Provide optimum service support for customers through phone, personal visits, etc.
· Co-ordinate with various teams to resolve customer issues in timely and accurate fashion.
· Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions
· Resolve customer issues with minimal assistance
· Assisting clients on the site as well as offline to solve their queries and complaints.
· Function as efficient coordinator between clients and the company and become a one point of contact . Ready to travel on Site as per Job need.

Candidate must have exp of 2-5 years’ experience and knowledge in Biotech/ Pharma Industry – Sterile pharma preparation
First class in Academics is must
