Candidates with following qualifications are invited to apply in the office of the undersigned for three temporary posts of Veterinary pharinacists/inspectors on contract basis in the scheme “RF-3: Diagnostic and Clinical Services in COVS” at a fixed remuneration of Rs. 12, 000/- month initially for a period of six months. The post is purely temporary and may be extended from time to time as per the requirement.
Post: Veterinary pharmacists/Inspectors
Educational qualifications:
• 10+2 with Physics and Chemistry subjects with at least 2nd division from any recognized institute
• 2 years Diploma in Veterinary Pharmacists Training Course from any recognized institute or Animal Husbandry, Fisheries department (Animal Husbandry Wing)
• Knowledge of Punjabi upto Matric level
Job responsibilities:
• To assist the clinician in handling and medication of the clinical cases.
• To assist in management of hospital
• They may be put on clinical duty during off-hours (night duty).
• Any other work assigned from time to time by the head of the department
The desired candidates fulfilling the qualifications should send their applications on plain paper affixing their recent passport size photograph and giving their particulars (i.e. name, father’s name, date of birth, address, contact details, qualifications, experience etc.) along with self-attested copies of their certificates to the office of the undersigned. The last date of receipt of applications is 23-7-15. The interview will be held on 28-7-15 at 11.00 am in the office of undersigned and no separate intimation for interview will be sent. The candidate should bring their original certificates at the time of interview,
