QUALITY ASSURANCE (IPQA)
Position : Executive/Senior Executive
Qualification : B.Pharm / M.Pharm. / M.Sc.
Experience : 3 to 9 Years
Required Skills :
• Providing line clearances during manufacturing activities such as dispensing, manufacturing, visual inspection, packing, and dispatch activities
• Gathering and submitting in-process samples, finished product samples, stability samples, control samples, cleaning samples, and other samples according to the respective procedures/batch manufacturing records and packing records/protocols
• Conducting inspections for AQL and periodically inspecting control samples
• Review of the batch manufacturing records, batch packing records, and protocols a Preparation and evaluation of the visual inspection defect set, test set, and qualification of visual inspectors
• Exposure to QMS components (CAPA, Change control, Deviation)
PRODUCTION PHARMA
Officers Senior Officer Qualification: Diploma / B. Sc.
Experience : 2-6 Years
Required Skills
• Experience in operating and cleaning a Vial Washing machine, Depyrogenation Tunnel, Automatic Vial Filling and Sealing Machines, and Automatic PFS filling machines
• Experience in operating and cleaning lyophilizers with auto loading and unloading systems (ALUS)
• Knowledge of manufacturing and compounding operations
Executive & Senior Executive
Qualification : M.Pharmacy/B.Pharmacy
Experience : 2-7 Years
Required Skills
• Manufacturing, filtration, filling, Lyophilization, sealing, and pre- and post-manufacturing activities
• Planning and execution of batch manufacturing activities, including filling activities, lyophilization, sealing activities, and filtration integrity
• Monitoring and tracking NVPC
• Documentation activities on the shop floor
• Planning and execution of Aseptic Media Fill simulation activities and intervention execution
QUALITY CONTROL
Position : Executive
Qualification : B.Pharm/M.Sc.
Experience : 3-6 Years
Required Skills
• Managing the process of creating Caliber LIMS masters
• Handling biological assays (Antifactor Xa and Antifactor lla)
• Managing of Assay of Heparin sodium & Enoxaparin sodium is preferable
• Analysis of the in-process, finished product, stability, and raw material
• Using empower software to handle HPLC/6C
• Handling UV Visible Instruments, KF, and Potentiometers with Tiamo Software
• Managing of IR instruments, Polarimeters, Melting Point Apparatus, and Ion Chromatography
• Managing AAS instruments, ICPMS, and NMR
• The maintenance of laboratory instruments that include HPLC, GC, UV, IR, 1C, AAS, ICP-MS, NMR, KF, Potentiometer, and TOC must be done on a preventive basis
MICROBIOLOGY
• Position : Associate-PG
Qualification : M. Sc. (Microbiology / Biotechnology)
Experience : Fresh Post-graduates Required Skills
• The candidate should be familiar with basic microbiology techniques
• The graduates of 2024 with at least 60% marks
• Excellent communication skills
Executive
Qualification : M. Sc. (Microbiology / Biotechnology)
Experience : 2-5 Years
Required Skills : • Aseptic areas require environmental monitoring
• Water sampling and utility monitoring
• Trend Preparation
