The Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal invites applications from eligible candidates for the position of Project Research Scientist-I to work under a ICMR (IIRPSG-2024-01-02828) sponsored project titled “Designing, development and evaluation of anti-thrombogenic factors loaded small diameter vascular graft with superior mechanical and biological properties for cardiovascular tissue reconstruction application” in the Department of Biotechnology, Manipal School of Life Sciences, Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal, Karnataka, India.
Post : Project Research Scientist-I
Eligibility : M.Sc / M.Tech / First class Engineering Graduate degree of 4 years in any field of Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Biomedical Engineering.
Prior experience in scaffold fabrication, characterization, cell culture and molecular biology will be preferred.
Candidate with UGC-CSIR / NET / GATE / DBT-BET qualification will be preferred.
Remuneration : Rs 56,000 per month + HRA 10% for three years as per the ICMR norms.
Duration of the project : 3 Years
