The position is Initially for period of one year extendable to further one year subject to continuation of the project and satisfactory performance of the candidate. The position will be co-terminus with the project.

Salary per month As per Department of Science and Technology GoI, Office memorandum SR/S9/Z-08 /2018 dated 30/01/2019*
1. For candidates with CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship and GATE - Rs. 31,000/- + HRA (20%)
2. Non-qualified candidates- Rs. 23,213/- Fixed
Qualification Essential Qualification : • M.Pharm/ MS Pharm/ MSc or Equivalent with specialization in Biotechnology/Microbiology or Life sciences
• PG degree with 60% marks for GN/OBC (55% for SC/ST/PH) from UGC recognized University/ Institute, autonomous bodies NIPER/IITs/IISER.
Desired qualification : • GATE/CSIR/UGC NET/GPAT qualified.
Work experience : Prior experience in basic techniques in Microbiology, Molecular Biology and Biochemistry are desirable but not mandatory.
