Established during the Swadeshi Movement of India, Biological E. Limited (BE) started during a time when the nation sought access to critical healthcare products. Founded and led by Dr. DVK Raju, Biological E. Limited commenced its operations in 1953 as a biological products company manufacturing liver extracts and anti-coagulants. With an objective of transitioning from treating diseases to preventing them, Biological E. Limited launched its Biotechnology Division (now Vaccines and Biologics Division) and commenced large-scale production of DPT vaccines as early as 1962.
Biological E. Limited (BE) invites both experienced professionals and fresh diploma holders, as well as graduates and self-driven individuals, to join its Specialty Injectables Business (SGI), located in Shamirpet, Hyderabad. The available positions are listed below:
Quality Assurance (IPQA)
Position : Executive & Senior Executive
Qualification : M.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Sc
Experience : 3 to 9 years
Required Skills : • Providing clearances for lines during manufacturing tasks such as dispensing, manufacturing, visual inspection, packing, and dispatch
• Collection and submission of in-process samples, finished product samples, stability samples, control samples, cleaning samples, and other samples as described in respective batch manufacturing procedures and packing protocols
• Conducting AQL inspections and periodic inspections of control samples
• Examining the batch manufacturing records, batch packing records, and protocols that have been executed
• Preparation and evaluation of the visual inspection defect set, test set, and qualification of visual inspectors
• Persons should have exposure to QMS elements (CAPA, Change control, Deviation)
PRODUCTION PHARMA
Position : Executive & Senior Executive
Qualification : M. Pharmacy / B. Pharmacy
Experience : 2 to 7 Years
Required Skills : • Manufacturing, filtration, filling, Lyophilization, sealing, and pre- and post-manufacturing activities
• Planning and execution of batch manufacturing activities, filling activities, lyophilization, sealing activities, and filter integrity
• Monitoring NVPC and trending
• EDocumentation activities on the shop floor
• Planning and executing aseptic media fill simulation activities and executing intervention
Officers Senior Officer
Qualification : Diploma/ B.Sc
Experience : 2 to 6 Years
Required Skills : • Operation and cleaning of the Vial Washing machine, Depyrogenation funnel, Automatic Terminal Sterfization.Vial Filling and Sealing machine, and Automatic PFS Filling machine
• Operation and cleaning of lyophilizers with Auto Loading & Unloading Systems (ALUS)
• Exposure to aseptic process activities, aseptic techniques, aseptic filling and sealing activities, and media filling activities
• Knowledge of manufacturing and compounding activities
