Skills / Job Description
• Hands on experience in design and development of in vitro assays (biochemical, cell-based, signaling assays, primary cell-based assays, radioligand binding assays etc)
• Expertise in enzyme and GPCR pharmacology and assays
• Hands-on experience in complex cellular models/ex-vivo systems, including designing and executing mechanistic/pharmacological characterization of lead candidates
• Champion drug discovery program biology, establish in vitro assays (design, develop, troubleshoot) to drive compound structure-activity relationship including screening assays (in 384- and 1536-well formats) and mechanism of action studies
• Presentation and communication of data to stakeholders, work in collaboration with the teams within and across the department
