Job Description
• Lead and manage day-to-day operations of five batch and Dose verification analysis teams.
• Managing P&L of the business unit.
• Monitoring and ensuring timely completion of GLP studies.
• Impurity profiling - structure elucidation of unknown impurities
• Supporting the team to develop the methods on HPLC, GC, IC, ICP-MS, GC-MSMS and LC-MSMS
• Knowledge on handling of various types of analytes (organic, inorganic, polymers, UVCB, tec.)
• Compilation of data and preparation of reports
• Review of the protocols and reports and ensuring timely completion of studies
• Hiring and training of team members
• Assisting Business Development group in client interactions
• Knowing the market requirements and developing newer analytical tests
Skills Required
• Manage P&L
• Experience in working with various analytical equipment like HPLC, GC, LC-MS/MS, GC-MS, ICP-MS, IC, etc.
• Budgets, resources, and project timelines
• Experience in managing a team of at least 15
• Analytical method development for analysis in complex matrices
• Spectral interpretation and structure elucidation
• Maintaining analytical laboratory in compliance with GLP
• Conducting GLP studies as study director
