Job Description
Analytical development of Various dosage forms viz. for Ointment, Cream, Gel, Topical solution.
• Evaluation of Innovator product for development strategy ( Reverse engineering ).
• Analytical method development and validation for Semisolid & Solid dosage forms according to ICH guidelines – Dissolution, IVRT, Assay, Content Uniformity, Tube Uniformity, Related substances, Forced degradation Studies for a single drug , As well as combination of multi-drug products.
• Worked on plant and regulatory Queries.
• Routine and stability sample analysis of Solid Oral and Semisolid dosage forms.
• Performed Comparative , multimedia , Discrimination Dissolution study of a product with RLD.
• Method development, comparison, dose depletion , discrimination study of In-Vitro Release Test (IVRT) of Semisolid drug products on Diffusion cell apparatus.
• Calibration of instruments such as HPLC, Dissolution apparatus (USP Type-I&II), Diffusion cell apparatus, pH-meter, and Analytical Weighing balance.
• Preparation of development reports , STP , optimization reports to support validation , Compilation of Stability data , Plant query reports.
