Institute of Life Sciences (ILS), Bhubaneswar, an autonomous institute of the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India invites applications from Indian Nationals for the appointment of the following position.
Post : Project Associate-I (01 no.)
Project Title : DBT funded project “Documentation and validation of traditional healthcare knowledge of indian Himalayan region: translational approach”
Principal Investigator : Dr. S.K. Raghav, Scientist-F, ILS, Bhubaneswar
Fellowship : Rs. 31,000/- + @16% HRA
Eligibility : Qualification : Masters in Biotechnology, life sciences and allied branches and having secured 60% aggregate marks (relaxation will be given as per guideline) are eligible to apply.
Desirable : Candidates having experience in cell culture and immunological techniques. Preference will be given to national-level entrance test (NET/GATE/GPAT) qualified candidates.
For non- NET/GATE candidates, the fellowship would be applicable as per DST guidelines.
Age Limit : The candidate should be below 35 years in age, as on 22nd January, 2024. Age relaxation will be given to the candidates as per Govt. of India rules.
Selection will be carried out through application screening, followed by an interview process.
