The ECHS Central Organisation is located at Delhi and functions under the Chief of Staff Committee (COSC) through AG and DGDC&W in Army HQ. The Central organisation is headed by Managing Director, ECHS, a serving Major General. There are 28 Regional Centres ECHS and 426 ECHS Polyclinics. ECHS is also an attached office of Dept of Ex-Servivemen Welfare (DoESW), Ministry of Defence (MoD) as are Directorate General Resettlement(DGR) and Kendriya Sainik Board (KSB).

ECHS invites applications to engage the following Medical, Para Medical and Non Medical Staff on contractual basis in ECHS Polyclinic Rajouri for a period of one year for ESMS and 11 months for Civil Candidate, renewable for additional period of one year for ESMS and eleven months for Civil Candidates fill attaining the maximum age subject to performance of candidates/other condition according to the criteria as mentioned against each post.

Minimum Qualification : B.Pharmacy from a recognized institute or
(i) 10+2 with science stream (Physics, Chemistry, Biology)
(ii) Approved Diploma in Pharmacy from an institute recognized by the Pharmacy council of India and registered as Pharmacist under Pharmacist Act 1948.
Work Experience : Minimum 5 Years.
Fixed Remuneration : 28,100/- P.M
Application as per requisite format along with self attested photocopies of testimonials in support of educational qualifications and work experiences, Medical cert duly signed by Semo/CMO, Character Certificate/Police Verification, in a Sealed envelope will be Dropped in a sealed Tender box Placed at Stn HQs (ECHS Cell), Rajouri gate by 08 Feb 2024(1100 hrs) in duplicate. Any application received after 08 Feb 2024(1100 hrs) will not be accepted.
Interview Date, Timing & Venue
Candidate must reach ECHS Cell, Stn HQ Rajouri at 0900 hrs on 12,13 & 14 Feb 2024 for the interview to be held between 1000 hrs to 1600 hrs. Candidates must bring all the original certificate/mark sheet/degree of 10'7Matric, 10+2 & Graduation/Post Graduation /Diploma/Course, work experience and (discharge book, PPO, service records for ESM only) and 04 PP size colour photographs at the time of interview. No TA/DAis admissible. Only candidates meeting the Qualitative Requirements.
