As per the project implementation plan under the National Urban Health Campaign, the advertisement for filling up the vacant posts from the approved posts is published on the website nmmc.gov.in and the general information/information about the application process is given as follows.
After reading all the instructions carefully, the application should be submitted in the prescribed manner. Based on the sample information given in the application form and on the basis of the certificates/documents submitted during the interview, the candidate will be decided eligible and ineligible. And based on that he will be included in the next selection process.
Acceptance of the application or inclusion in the further selection process does not mean that the candidate has been selected. At any time during the selection process or after the selection of the candidate, if it is found that the applicant does not possess the prescribed qualification or is found to be ineligible for any reason, such candidate/selection will be canceled forthwith.
Educational Qualification
1) Detailed and accurate details of educational qualification should be recorded.
2) Candidates must possess the educational qualification mentioned in the advertisement on the last date of submission of application.
3) Marks and percentage of marks obtained in the last year should be mentioned accurately while filling the application form. It is mandatory to mention marks and percentage of marks without mentioning grade or other category. If the percentage of marks and marks mentioned in the certificate does not match the percentage mentioned in the application, such applications will be rejected.
4) If there is a grade or category in the final certificate, it should be certified by the concerned institution in its merits. It should be presented at the time of interview.
5) Candidates' applications will be screened as per the information provided in the application.
6) If the eligible candidates do not submit the original mark sheet of the required educational qualification during the interview, the said candidate will be disqualified.
7) The educational qualification/eligibility required for the post must be obtained from a government recognized university only.
Experience :-
1) Only Government, Semi-Government and Private experience after obtaining educational qualification and required additional educational qualification will be considered. Accordingly, experience prior to holding educational qualification should not be recorded. That experience will not be considered.
2) While giving the details of experience, the details of the government, semi-government and private office from which the experience certificate is obtained should be mentioned in the form. Without experience certificate, the said experience will not be accepted. The experience certificate should clearly mention the period of experience.
3) The date of joining and the date of discharge should be clearly mentioned while giving details in the experience certificate. Care should be taken to register the said skills according to the experience certificate. If any discrepancy is found, the said certificate will be declared invalid.
4) Experience required for the post applied for will be considered. Experience other than this will not be considered.
Computer Qualification :- Details of holding MSCIT certificate should be mentioned.
Small Family Certificate
1) Condition of small family d. It has been implemented from 23/07/2020 and dt. Candidates having more than two surviving children as of 23/7/2020 will not be eligible to apply for the National Health Mission Recruitment.
2) The certificate in the prescribed format is mandatory to be produced by the eligible candidate during the interview.
Photograph and Signature of Candidate
1) The candidate should affix his recent clear photograph in the space reserved for photograph in the application form. Photo should not be stapled.
2) Sign in the space reserved for signature.
Selection Process
1) Selection for the post of Medical Officer will be done through direct interview.
2) Staff Nurse (Female), Staff Nurse (Male), A.N.M. Candidates will be selected for the post of Pharmacist and Epidemiologist based on the scoring system.
