Eurofins Scientific looking for a Head of Pre-sales

Post : Head of Pre-sales

Major Responsibilities
• Recruit and manage the Pre-sales team involving marketing efforts, lead generation, organizing road shows and conference participation (primarily at international events)
• Ensure the suitable delivery and handover of leads and their respective information to the respective front end business development team.
• Achieving monthly targets of qualified leads to pass on to the business development team.
• Proactive lead generation and sales prospecting.
• Interact and support all sales opportunities as required in given region.
• Provide market intelligence on customer needs, competition tracking, benchmarking and valuable inputs for fine tuning sales & marketing strategies.
• Assist in the development and execution of the digital marketing campaigns including web design, SEO & SEM, email marketing and social media management.

Candidate Profile
• Must have directly managed a Presales team for a minimum of 5 years.
• Strong written and presentation skills.
• Graduate / Postgraduate in Life Sciences with MBA and specialization in Marketing as additional qualification.
• Experience in Contract Research / CDMO or Pharmaceutical Industry will be preferred but will not be limiting.
• Experience across Business Development, Account Management, Customer Relationship Management will be preferred but will not be limiting.
