The Institute for Stem Cell Science & Regenerative Medicine (www.instem.res.in), Bangalore is an autonomous institute under the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India. DBT-inStem’s mandate is to establish collaborative research programs in the field of stem cell biology, regeneration, and repair in development and disease, with translational emphasis. In order to develop strengths in focused areas, research at DBT-inStem is driven through collaborative interdisciplinary teams, addressing questions that are beyond the scope of a single laboratory.

Job Description :
Perform Cloning, protein expression, and purification studies; Support and enable large-scale protein production in quality and quantity suitable for structural, biochemical and biophysical studies; study protein using techniques such as thermal shift, dynamic light scattering, and circular dichroism. Regular data analyses, project updates literature survey, and presentations on the target Prepare and maintain professional lab records Knowledge of use of personal computers and their applications.
Tenure : Contractual appointment for one year, renewable based on requirement and review of progress and requirement of the Grant.
