Chhattisgarh Government Home (Police) Department through letter number F 2-04 / 2023 / 2 - Home / Rapu to New Raipur, dated 21.08.2023, for Pharmacist under Chhattisgarh Armed Forces. Consent has been given to fill a total of 50 (technical posts) vacancies of Assistant, Compounder Dresser. In continuation of the above letter, online applications are invited from interested eligible male/female candidates of local residents of Chhattisgarh state on Chhattisgarh Police website cgpolice.gov.in from 20/10/2023 for filling the vacant posts in the corps of Chhattisgarh Armed Forces.

Pharmacist
No of posts : 13 (UR-5, SC-2, ST-4, OBC-2)
Eligibility Criteria : • Minimum educational qualification required – 12th class (10+2) passed with Biology/Physics/ Chemistry subject.
• Professional Qualification : Diploma in Pharmacist recognized by the Government of Chhattisgarh. (ii) Registration as a pharmacist with the Pharmacy Council.
Pay Scale : Pay Matrix Level 4 (starting salary Rs. 19,500/-)
Compounder
No of posts : 12 (UR-5, SC-1, ST-4, OBC-2)
Eligibility Criteria : • Minimum educational qualification required – 12th class (10+2) passed with Biology/Physics/Chemistry subject
Professional Qualification -
(i) Diploma in Pharmacist recognized by the Government of Chhattisgarh.
(ii) Registration of the pharmacy as a pharmacist.
Pay Scale : Pay Matrix Level 4 (starting salary Rs. 19,500/-)
Note
1. Reservation : In the advertised posts, as per the instructions of the government, there will be 10% reservation for eligible ex-servicemen and 30% reservation for local women residents of Chhattisgarh state at all level and division wise.
2. The number of posts advertised is variable. The number can be increased/decreased as per requirement.

Age Limit
I. Considering date 1-1-2023 as the basis, the age limit of the candidates should not be less than 18 years and more than 30 years.
II. If the candidate belongs to reserved category (SC/ST/OBC) then the higher age limit will be relaxed by maximum 5 years.
III. According to the provisions of Rule 4 of Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Special Provisions for Appointment of Women) Rules, 1997, the upper age limit for female candidates who are local residents of Chhattisgarh state will be relaxable up to a maximum of 10 years.
IV. Relaxation in the higher age limit will also be given in respect of those candidates who are, or have been, employees of Chhattisgarh Government, subject to the limits and conditions specified below: -
1. A candidate who is a permanent/temporary government servant should not be more than 38 years of age. 2. A candidate who is holding a post temporarily and applying for any other post should not be more than 38 years of age. This concession will also be admissible to employees receiving salary from contingency fund, work-charged employees and employees working in project implementation committees.
2. A candidate who is a retrenched Government servant will be given the maximum period of 07 years of previous temporary service rendered by him out of his age, even if that period is the total of services rendered more than once. Permission will be given to reduce the age, but the resulting age should not be more than 03 years from the upper age limit.
3. Such a candidate, who is an ex-serviceman, will be allowed to reduce the period of entire defense service done by him earlier from his age, but the resulting age should not be more than 03 years from the upper age limit. .
V. Under the Inter-Caste Marriage Promotion Scheme of the Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Backward Class Welfare Department, the normal upper age limit will be relaxed by 05 years in respect of the upper caste husband/wife of the couples awarded.
VI. The general maximum age limit will be relaxed up to 105 years for widow, abandoned and divorced women resident of the state of Chhattisgarh.
VII. The normal maximum age limit will be relaxed by 05 years for widow, abandoned and divorced women who are local residents of Chhattisgarh state.
VIII. Under this policy, the provisions of the circular issued from time to time by the General Administration Department regarding relaxation in age limit will remain applicable.
IX. The normal upper age limit will also be relaxed by 5 years in respect of candidates who have received Shaheed Rajeev Pandey Award, Gundadhur Award, Maharaja Pravirchand Bhanjdev Award and National Youth Award.
X. Even for such candidates who are employees of Chhattisgarh State Corporation Board, the upper age limit will be relaxable up to a maximum of 38 years of age.
XI. In respect of volunteer city soldiers and non-commissioned officers of the city army, the upper age limit will be relaxed for the period of city army service rendered by them, subject to the limit of 8 years, but in any case, their age will not exceed 38 years. Should not be more than one year.
Scrutiny Programme:- The details given by the candidates in the online application form and all the certificates/documents will be scrutinized.
Experience (20 marks) : 5 marks will be given for complete year's experience and its maximum limit will be 20 marks.
Note :- It is necessary for the candidate to possess the above mentioned experience certificate till the last date prescribed for applying online. Certificates issued after the last date of online application will not be valid.
Note : While filling the application form, experience certificate should be clearly mentioned, the certificate given later will not be valid.
Selection list :- Total will be of 220 marks. First of all, a merit list will be prepared for unreserved posts from among the candidates of all cadres, this list will also include such candidates from reserved categories of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes, who are eligible on the basis of merit list and are eligible for unreserved posts. For the reserved posts advertised for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes, separate caste-wise merit lists will be prepared from among such candidates who also fulfill the eligibility criteria.
Health Test :- Candidates will have to undergo health test before joining the unit, in which it is necessary for them to be completely healthy.
Probation period : Selected candidates will be appointed on probation of 03 years.
Qualifications and Disqualifications
I. It is mandatory for the applicant to be a local resident of any district under Chhattisgarh state.
II. It is necessary for the applicant to have continuous registration/current registration (live registration) in the District Employment Office of any district of Chhattisgarh state till the last date of receipt of online application form.
III. The cover letter and previous record of the candidate should be good.
IV. Any attempt on the part of a candidate to obtain support for his/her candidature by any means will render him/her disqualified from appearing in the examination/selection by the appointing authority.
V. No male candidate who has more than one wife living and no female candidate who has married a person who already has a wife living, shall be eligible for appointment to any service or post.
VI. No candidate shall be appointed to the service or post unless he is found, at such medical examination as may be prescribed, to be mentally and physically fit and free from any mental or physical defect likely to interfere with the performance of the duties of the service or post. Not be found free from.
VII. vii No candidate shall be eligible for appointment to any service or post unless, after such inquiry as may be considered necessary, the appointing authority is satisfied that he is suitable in any respect for the service or post. Not there.
VIII. Any candidate who has married before the minimum age prescribed for marriage will not be eligible for appointment.
IX. It is mandatory for the applicant to have passed the prescribed educational qualification and professional qualification by the last date of receipt of application form. Besides, it is mandatory to have other prescribed qualifications and qualifications.
Important
1. It is mandatory for the applicant to be a native of Chhattisgarh state.
2. Application forms will be accepted online only. Any kind of application form sent through manual or doc will not be accepted.
3. Candidates applying for the examination should ensure themselves before applying that they fulfill all the eligibility conditions for admission to the examination. Only candidates fulfilling all the eligibility conditions should apply. Their admission at all stages of the examination will be purely provisional irrespective of whether they fulfill the prescribed eligibility conditions. Issuance of admit card to the candidate will not mean that his/her candidature has been finally accepted by the department. Only after identifying the candidate for checking the original certificates, the department checks the eligibility conditions. And will be considered eligible for appointment accordingly.
4. Discipline and control will be subject to Chhattisgarh Civil Service (Cover) Rules, 1965 and the appointed employees will work under the control of the employer.
5. As per rules, the services of the selected employee can be terminated at any time either by the employee by giving one month's prior notice to the employing officer or by the employer by giving one month's salary to the employee.
6. The Selection Committee will have the right to take the final decision regarding the eligibility / ineligibility of the candidate for selection.

8. If any legal dispute arises regarding the death, the jurisdiction will be limited to the High Court of Chhattisgarh State.
