Job Description
• Supports HR Business Partnering & Talent Acquisition catering to an employee base of 500.
• Demonstrates strong HR functional knowledge and brings good understanding of people policies, programs, interventions & procedures.
• Should be conceptually sound, articulate with ability work with multiple stakeholders.
• Exposure/experience to/in entire employee life cycle management- talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, employee engagement, rewards & recognition, HR operations.
• Support end to end of performance management (including management of online assessment tool).
• Should have hands-on excel skills with ability to work on compensation and benefits.
Responsible for Annual HR Budget compilation and monthly budget tracking.
