Vacancy for Junior Research Fellow at AIIMS

The AIIMS, New Delhi model will be adopted and adapted. Unlike the Postgraduate Institutes which lack the basic departments like Anatomy, Physiology, Pharmacology, General Medicine, Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynaecology etc, the new AIIMS will have these departments as well as the superspecialty departments like neurosurgery, cardiac surgery, urology, endocrinology etc.

Post : Junior Research Fellow

Applications are invited for the post of a Junior Research Fellow under the following project in department of Ocular Pathology, Dr. R.P. Centre, AIIMS.

Title of the Project : Receptor Tyrosine Kinase in Ocular Malignancies : Novel Prognostic Markers and Therapeutic Targets
Funding Agency : CSIR


Essential Qualifications
For JRF : Candidate should have M.Sc./ M. Tech in Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Chemical Sciences / with 60% of marks or equivalent to CGPA grade. Candidate having CSIR / ICMR / UGC / NET other equivalent certificate are only eligible to apply for the position.
Age : Maximum 28 years. Age relaxation as per CSIR norms

Desirable Qualification : Experience in Molecular Biology techniques
Fellowship Amount : As per CSIR rules. Junior Research Fellow: Rs. 31,000 + 7440 (24% HRA)=38440/-(For MSc + NET /JRF)
