Qualification : B.Tech / BE / B.Pharma
Experience : 4-10 Years
Candidate Must have : Sig Sigma certified. Green Belt/Black Belt
Job Role :
• Incumbent will be responsible for Leading the Operation Excellence of our injectable plant & implement new changes in respective areas.
Person will be driving various Operation Excellence programs such (SLIM - Cost Excellence, ME - Manufacturing Excellence, Lean Practices, Kaizen, Simplification etc.)
• Should be the Architect for Lean Six Sigma framework.
• Having experience in Process capability Improvement, DMAIC/8D methodology, Statistical analysis and other Operational Excellence tools. Should be acquainted with application like Minitab, Visio and Quality Companion.
• Coordinator for Continuous improvement projects within organization.
• Mentoring & Tracking for Lean Six Sigma projects
