Terms and Conditions
1) Interested candidates should apply on 05/01/2023 to 13/01/2023 in the evening. The application should be submitted online till 5.00 pm. 1) Age proof 2) Degree / graduation certificate (as per above table) 3) Last year mark sheet 4) Registration certificate (as applicable) 5) Work experience certificate in Government / Semi-Government Organization Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in National Health Mission. 6) Residential proof 7) Candidate should submit the application by visiting the attached online link ddhspune.com/ along with current passport size photograph.
2) Along with the application form, the candidates should send the examination fee amount of Rs.300/- demand draft in favor of Deputy Director Health Services Pune by post, courier or personally to Hon. The Deputy Director, Health Services, Pune Board Pune, New Administrative Building, 3rd Floor, NHM Department, Opposite Council Hall, Pune 1 should be submitted within the prescribed time. (Excluding Government Holidays from 11.00 am to 5.30 pm on other days) Also, while filling the application form online, the photo of the demand draft, the name of the candidate and the post name, application number, full name of the candidate, mobile number should be written correctly on the reverse side of the demand draft.
3) The said posts will be filled on 11 month contract basis.
4) Age limit will be relaxed by 5 years if the candidate has previously worked in National Health Mission.
5) In front of the post, the nominal remuneration is the combined remuneration and no other allowances will be payable apart from that.
6) The applicant should be physically and mentally fit for the post concerned and no criminal case has been registered against the applicant, also if the candidates from any district, municipal corporation under the National Health Mission have been terminated for administrative reasons, those candidates will be disqualified from the interview.
7) Candidates should mention the Namud Pravarga (caste category) for the said post as per the name of the post for which they are applying and social reservation in the application form.
8) All Notifications for the above Posts 1) Provisional Eligible / Ineligible List 2) Acceptance of Objections 3) Final Eligible / Ineligible List on the website of National Health Mission, State Health Society, Mumbai arogya.maharashtra.gov.in nhm.maharashtra.gov.in and ddhspune.com/ will be published from time to time. It will also be displayed on the notice board in the office of the Deputy Director, Health Services, Pune Board, Pune from time to time. However, candidates should please note that no separate notification or telephone, SMS, e-mail will be sent to the candidate in this regard. For that it will be mandatory for the candidates to visit both the websites/offices from time to time.
9) The applicant cannot ask for change of location as per his convenience during the contract period. It will be mandatory for the appointed candidates to remain and serve at the headquarters.
10) Candidates should not visit the office personally as the recruitment applications are taken online only. It should also be noted that no application will be accepted in the Deputy Director's office.
11) Applicants should enter their current mobile number and email ID correctly while submitting the application online. Also, care should be taken that it remains in good condition till the recruitment process is completed.
12) During the recruitment process, if a candidate is found to have furnished wrong information, concealed any information, used coercive techniques or adopted improper means, his/her candidature/appointment will be canceled at any stage without any prior notice.
