Job description :
• Ability to lead the assigned projects as study director/principal investigator and collaborate with various teams to execute the project.
• Develop and validate ELISA & MSD methods as per guideline/guidance and apply validated methods for the routine samples analysis.
• Prepare GLP study plan and reports with good accuracy.
• Perform assigned work independently or with minimum supervision.
• Candidate should work in GLP environment following SOPs and protocols without any deviation.
• Maintain the laboratory and equipment in order and be audit ready.
• Prepare and revise standard operating procedures.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with Sponsors, peers, team members, QAU and other stakeholders
