Literature search & summary
• Follow and ensure compliance to Good documentation, cGMP & regulatory requirements for Formulation activities at in-house Formulation Development facility.
• Execution of product development stage experimental activities (API characterization, Preformulation studies, formulation and process development, stability studies, Packaging evaluations).
• Executing experiments as per project requirements and timelines.
• Working on Technical documentation & Protocols for executions.
• Preparation of development protocols, reports laboratory note books, batch records, PDR (Product development record) and QbD (quality by design).
• Preparation of Master Formula Record (MFR), Master Packing Record (MPR), and Stability Protocol for Scale up and Exhibit batches.
• Attending the exhibit/pilot batches manufacture, troubleshooting when required.
