The Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT) Mumbai was established as the Department of Chemical Technology on 1st October, 1933 by the University of Mumbai, through active support of industries and philanthropists. The Institute was most popularly known as UDCT, Mumbai. Research has been an integral part of ICT since its inception and it has created over 500 first generation entrepreneurs. The UDCT grew significantly in stature and was granted autonomy under UGC regulations by the University of Mumbai and further converted in to an Institute on 26th January, 2002.
Applications are invited from Indian citizens for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) to work at the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Technology, ICT, Mumbai for an industrial project titled “Intravenous Multivitamins Injection Formulation Development” sponsored by USV Private Limited. The project is purely time-bound, and the position is temporary, with an initial appointment for one year, which is extendable up to 2 years, solely based on performance. The selected candidate may be allowed to register for Ph.D. (Tech.) as per rules of ICT.

Eligibility : Essential Qualifications: M. Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics), MS (Pharmaceutics), M.Tech (Pharmaceutics) or equivalent degree from a recognized University/' Institute with a good academic background
Desirable Qualifications : Industrial work experience in formulation development, formulation development of injectables, and scientific writing.
Fellowship : INR 30,000 per month
