National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research (NIPER), Hyderabad is an "Institute of National Importance" with proclaimed objectives of becoming Centre of Excellence for advanced research in pharmaceutical sciences. NIPER-Mohali was the first institute established in the year 1998 under the aegis of Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, the Govt. of India. Later, the DOP established 6 new NIPERs across the country including NIPER-Hyderabad which started functioning from 19th October 2007, from the premises of erstwhile R&D Centre of IDPL, Balanagar, Hyderabad.
Applicants are invited from suitable candidates for filling up the positions of Research Associate, Senior Research Fellow and Lab attendant at National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Hyderabad, against the project entitled “Development of Precision Diabetes tools using omics approach” under PI, Dr. Vasundhra Bhandari as per the eligibility criteria mentioned below. The project duration is of 2 years.
Senior Research Fellow - 01 Post
MSc in Life Sciences with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in molecular biology and cell biology. Candidate with experience in Molecular biology, Cell culture, Microbiology and Immunological techniques is desirable.
Salary : Rs 35,000 + 24% HRA= 35,000 + 8400= Rs 43400.
Research Associate - 01 post
PhD in Life Sciences. Candidate should have experience of cellular biology, molecular biology and sequencing etc.
Salary : Rs 49,000 + 24% HRA, 49,000 +11760 Rs 60,760.
Lab attendant - 01 post
BSc degree with prior experience of office work. The duty of the lab attendant will be to do sample collection, collect clinical profile from hospital, assisting the research staff in daily work and maintaining ordering and purchase records.
Salary : Rs 20,000 + 24% HRA= 20,000 + 4800 = Rs 24800.
