Executive or Sr Executive
Department : SCM (Procurement-Engineering Material )-3

Qualification : M.Sc or M.B.A- (Post Graduation or Graduation)
Experience : 2 to 6 years Budget- 2 to 5 lac
Should have worked in PHARMA INDUSTRY (Formulation-sterile) as per mentioned KPI and the candidates who has got exposure in SAP will be preferred.
1) Collect Purchase Requisitions and Source Material. Identify Suitable Vendors. Process Purchases by generating Purchase Orders in SAP. Identify Suitable Vendors, Process Purchases by generating Purchase Orders in SAP
2) Preparation of Purchase orders and contracts, preparation of Recurring Purchase orders for contracting of services. And Buyers profile in the system.
3) Guide and assist projects in tagging all assets upon receipt from the supplier. Update non-expendable property inventory record and track movement of assets.
