Health Branch, Valsad Preparation of waiting list for filling up of following vacancies as well as future vacancies at PHC / UPHC at Health Branch, Valsad under National Health Mission Program on a very temporary basis on 11 months contract basis to be done.

Qualification
Passes a degree in Pharmacy from a recognized university, or in equivalent educational qualification and must have registeration of Gujarat Pharmacy Council.

Age Limit : 40 years

Conditions: -
(1) Every degree should be done from a government recognized university / institute.
(2) Basic computer knowledge / certificate is mandatory for the said cadre.
(3) Merit of the candidate will be given priority.
(4) The application should be accompanied by the latest quota, educational qualification, age, every original certificate of experience and required certificates, along with the original copy.
(5) Candidate should be a citizen of India and should have knowledge of Gujarati / Hindi and English language.
