Job Description :
• Method development for complex generics (combination products in oral dosage forms) as per guidelines and requirements for Assay, Dissolution, Related substances.
• Independently able to design and perform preformulation studies such as solubility studies, API characterization and drug excipient compatibility studies.
• In-depth knowledge of instruments such HPLC, UPLC, GC and dissolution.
• Knowledge of hyphenated techniques such as LC-MS will be added advantage.
• Preparation of method development reports for various tests like RS and dissolution as per current regulatory requirements.
• Good understanding of Good documentation practices and Safety practices.
Candidate Profile
• M.Sc.with 6-11 years / M.Pharma with 3-9 years of relevant work experience.
• The candidate should have experience in Analytical method development for Solid and liquid Oral dosage formulations.
