National AYUSH Mission & National Health Mission, Kavaratti invites willing local candidates for a walk-in-interview to the following posts of AYUSH Paramedics on contract basis under Centrally Sponsored Scheme of NAM / NHM as detailed below.

Pharmacist (Ayurveda) under NHM

No. of post : 1

Education qualification : SSLC with Training in Ayurvedic Pharmacy from a recognized Institute for one year.

Monthly remuneration (Consolidated) : 11000/-

Pharmacist (Homoeopathy) under NHM

No. of post : 1

Education qualification : SSLC with one year certificate course in Homoeo Pharmacy from Govt, recognized Institute.

Monthly remuneration (Consolidated) : 11000/-

Duration of contract appointment
For one year and likely to be continued performance of the candidate. However full reserved with Secretary (AYUSH/Health), UTL to terminate the contract appointment at any point of time without any prior notice and without assigning any specific reason.

Upper age limit : 40 years as on 13.01.2020

Selection method : Walk-in-interview

Selection criteria : Academic merit : 85% interview : 15%

Selection Committee : A Committee constituted by the competent authority will assess the performance of the candidates and recommend for selection. Theory and practical skill will be assessed by the Committee. The decision of Assessment Committee will be final.

Method of applying : Willing local qualified candidates shall report at Programme Management Unit, National AYUSH Mission, Kavaratti on 13.01.2020 (9.00 AM to 10.30
AM) for Registration with following documents in original and attested copy.
i) Birth Certificate.
ii) ST Certificate
iii) SSLC
iv) Certificate Course

Condition : Selected candidate should submit an undertaking & Agreement as prescribed by the Department.
