National AIDS Research Institute [NARI] was established in October 1992 in Bhosari, Pune on a seven acre plot. The Institute has progressively expanded its activities in various aspects of research on HIV and AIDS through infra-structural development, capacity building & research programmes. The present infrastructure includes the Institute housed in a 28024 sq. mtr space, residential accomadation for the staff, a power plant to ensure uninterrupted power supply and an incinerator for safe disposal of bio-waste.

Essential Qualification
Graduate degree in Sociology/Social Work/Statistics/Anthropology from a recognized university with three years work experience in public health project/health care management from a recognized institution OR Master's degree Public Health / Epidemiology / Health Care Management / Statistics / Social work / Sociology / Anthropology / Pharmacy.
Desirable Criteria
• Working experience in health facility/field data collection/ Primary healthcare system
• Knowledge of computer applications
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to speak Hindi
Job Responsibilities
• Assist PI in Project Management
• Coordinate with staff in field sites
• Field visits for data collection to various Indian states
• Travel to various districts in the states for 10-12 days in a month
• Any other work assigned by the Director/PI/Co- Pl/Superior officer
Consolidated Salary : Rs. 29,565/- per month
It is mandatory:-

Government servants should apply through proper channel. Director, NARI reserves the right to shortlist the candidates to be interviewed. Any canvassing by or on behalf of the candidates or bringing political or other influence with regards to the selection shall be considered as disqualification. Age and experience are relaxable in deserving candidates. These posts are to be filled for defines project period only. No TA/DA will be paid to attend the written exam and skill test candidates will have to make arrangements.
Interview will be held at District Hospital, Satara on 12th January 2019 and at District Hospital, Wardha on 16th January 2019. These posts are purely temporary with stipulated duration of assignment (Renewable subject to performance and based on project requirements .The candidates must arrive between 9.00 am to 10.00 am.
