Rungta College of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Research (RCPSR), Bhilai, managed by GDR Educational Society has been started in 2006. It is affiliated to Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekanand Technical University (CSVTU), Bhilai, and approved by PCI and AICTE. The courses offered by the institute include D. Pharm., B. Pharm., and M. Pharm. The institute is also an approved Research Center by the CSVTU. RCPSR has recently been accredited by NBA (UG programme) and NAAC. The GDR Educational Society received prestigious SIRO recognition by DSIR. Very recently, the institute received DST FIST grant.

M.Pharm, Ph.D from Premier Institutes with good command in their respective subject areas. Candidates of Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Pharmacognosy are welcome. Teaching Experience of minimum 2 years and above is desirable.
