Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following posts on ad hoc research project “Vitamin A Metabolic Pathway on Region - Specific Adipose Tissue Development and its Relevance to Insulin Resistance: A Proteomic Approach to Sexual Dimorphism” The project is funded by DBT and executing agency is NIN. The tenure of the project is upto 21st March, 2018. Applications will be received from the individuals on 22-01-2018 for the following posts between 9:30 A.M. and 10:30 A.M. in Assembly Hall at NIN, Tarnaka, Hyderabad for the Walk-in-Written Test/ Interview. Essential Qualifications
i. M.Sc. Life Sciences/ M.Sc. Biology/ M.Sc. Molecular Biology / M. Sc. Biochemistry/ M. Sc. Biotechnology from recognized University.
ii. The Candidates must have qualified in the CSIR/UGC or ICMR/PGI National Entrance Test (NET) under the category of lectureship or project JRF respectively and have a valid certificate.
iii. Two years of research experience*
Nature of duties : Lab based Research work.
Consolidated Salary : Rs. 14,000-00 +HRA per month without any other allowances.
Tenure : Up to 21s' March, 2018.
Date & Time of Written Test/ Interview
22nd January, 2018 from 10:30 AM onwards.
Place of work : NIN.
The candidates should bring all original certificates of educational qualifications (from SSC onwards), experience, Aadhaar Card, Community and PH Certificates along with one set of photocopies of the same duly attested (can be self attested) along with a passport size photograph for attending the Walk-in- Written Test/ Interview. No TA/ DA will be paid for attending the Written Test/ Interview. The recruited project staff is eligible for leave as per rules and will have to give an undertaking before joining.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
The conditions of employment will be the same as that of the project staff on contract basis. The candidates have no right to claim for any regular employment at this Institute. The Director in-charge & Appointing Authority has the right to accept/ reject any application without assigning any reason(s) and no correspondence in this matter will be entertained. Age, qualifications, experience etc., will be reckoned as on 22-01-2018.
