This is with reference to Advertisement issued vide Advt. No. 33-2/2017 dated 12.09.2017 which was published in The Tribune and Divya Himachal on dated ,15.09.2017 vide which 142 posts of Pharmacist (On contract basis) Post code 586 in the pay band of Rs. 5910-20200+3000 GP of Health and Family Welfare Department of HP.

Now the department of Health Services has sent a letter No. Swa - Ni(1)Kh(2)330/2000-44417 dated 02.11.2017 vide which it has been conveyed that the Govt. has approved afresh R & P Rules of Pharmacist with the direction that “the Provision contained in subrule a(i) supra the candidates who have done Diploma in Pharmacy prior to 12.09.2001 and are Matriculates shall not be rendered ineligible vide Notification No. Health - A - A (3) - 13 /2010 dat ed 16.10.2017 issued by the Principal Secretary(Health) to the Govt. of HP. As per latest information supplied by department concerned vide letter referred above pertaining to the Post code 586 the Essential Qualification of the post of Pharmacist Post Code - 586 is as under:
a)
i) 10+2 in Science from a recognized Board of School Education.
ii) Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognized University or an Institution duly recognized by the Central/State Govt.
iii) Must be registered with the Pharmacy Council of the concerned State/Central Govt.
b)
Desirable Qualification(s): Knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of HP and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.
c) Not-withstanding the provision contained in sub-rule a (i) supra the candidates who have done diploma in Pharmacies prior to 12.09.2001 are matriculates shall not be rendered ineligible.
NOTE:-
1. ONLY THOSE WHO HAVE DONE DIPLOMA IN PHARMACY PRIOR TO 12.09.2001 AND ARE MATRICULATE NEED TO APPLY IN RESPONSE TO THIS ADDENDUM, UNDER POST CODE 586.
2. THE CANDIDATES WHO HAVE ALREADY APPLIED FOR THE ABOVE MENTIONED POSTS NEED NOT TO APPLY AGAIN.
Thus, this Addendum is accordingly issued for inviting Online Applications for direct recruitment of Post codes 586 using the website of Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission i.e. hpsssb.hp.gov.in
The online application can be filled up from 22.01.2018 to 05.02.2018 till 11.59 PM, only by eligible candidates as mentioned above.
The last date of receipt of application forms is 05.02.2018.
All other terms & conditions as advertised earlier will remain unchanged.
