POST: PHARMACIST
Total - 32 posts (Andhra Pradesh- 2, Arunachal Pradesh-2, Bihar-3, Chhattisgarh-1, Gujarat -1, Haryana -1, Jammu & Kashmir-1, Jharkhand-1, Karnataka-1, Kerala -1, Madhya Pradesh -1, Maharashtra -2, Manipur- 2, Mizoram-2, Nagaland-2, Orissa-1, Punjab-1, Tamilnadu-1, Telangana-1, Uttar Pradesh- 3, West Bengal- 2)
Qualification:
(a) 10+2 or equivalent.
(b) Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy from any recognized Institution of the Central or a State Government for which for period of training in two years followed by an internship of which the practical training shall not be less than five hundred hours spread over a period of not less than three months: provided that not less than two hundred and fifty hours are devoted to actual dispensing of prescriptions;
(c) Possessing the qualifications under section 31 and 32 of the Pharmacy Act, 1948 and registered under section 33 of the said Act
Age limit : 20-25 years
Pay Scale
Pay scale and other allowances will be as admissible to Assam Rifles Personnel.
Application Fee. Rupees fifty only ( Rs 50/-) payable through SBI Challan through Power Jyoti Account No 35015974955 at SBI, Laitkor Branch, Shillong, Code No - 13883. Fee paid by SBI Challan will be submitted alongwith the application. Fee paid by modes other than SBI challan will not be accepted and the application of such candidates will be rejected forthright and the payment made shall stand forfeited Fee will be charged from the candidates belonging to General and OBC category. However, no fee will be charged from candidates belonging to Schedule Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Ex- Servicemen and Female candidates. Specimen copy of SBI Challan for recruitment fee is attached.

Merit List and Call for Training
The candidates who qualify in all respects ie Physical Standard Test (PST)/Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Written Examination, Trade Test (Skill Test) and Medical Examination Test will be placed in merit list depending upon the trade and category wise vacancies allocated to States/UTs. Instruction to join the Training Centre for enrolment will be issued on the basis of Merit List. Please note that merely qualifying in all tests does not confirm that candidate will be appointed.
Last date of receipt of applications is 04 February 2017. Applications received thereafter will not be entertained.
Candidates belonging to far flung areas of States of NE Region, Ladakh Division of J&K, Sikkim, Pangi Sub-Division of Chamba District, Lahaul & Spiti district of Himachal Pradesh, A&N Island, Lakshdweep can submit their application by 20 February 2017
