Job Description:
To verify all the treatment sheets written by the RMOs & consultants for appropriateness as per standards and report non compliance on daily basis.
To perform the following list of audits and present the analysis as per calendar-
A. Narcotic audit
B. High alert medication
C. Refrigerator medication audit
D. LASA
E. Prescription audit
F. Crash cart audit
G. Ambulance medication kit audit.
To carry out the AMS program.
Attend the rounds with the consultants. And inform the RMOs about any changes in treatment chart.
To ensure compliance of MMU (Medication Management Usage) chapter as per JCI requirement.
To ensure compliance of MOM (Management of Medication) as per NABH requirement.
To coordinate for PTC, AMS, Infection Control Committee, QIP meetings.
To synchronize the duties with other departmental staffs
Desired: Doctor in Pharmacy with 1 to 2 years Experience
