Online applications are invited for posts of pharmacists on contractual basis under national health mission, Medical and health department by online examination for direct recruitment 2015-16.
This applications will be submitted through states recognised E-mitra kiyosk and common service centre from dated 02.02.2016 by paying service fees. Candidates can fill up application from by themselves from any place but application fees will be accepted by online or cash only through E-mitra kiyosk.

Posts: Pharmacist RBSK - No. of posts: 512
Pharmacists CHC - No. of posts: 79
Ayush Compounder - No. of posts: 150
For above given positions, Reservation will be as per National health mission, Govt of India and state government rules. And merit list will publish as per that.
Age limit will be considered up to dated 01.01.2016
Applicants min. age should not less than 18 years and max. age should not more than 35 years.
Last date for filling application fees through E-mitra is 13.02.2016
Last date for fillinf online application form is 12.02.2016
Editing is not possible once candidate will fill up the form. Therefore, Candidate should provide correct name, fathers name, birth date, caste, domicile etc in application form and application fees submission receipt .
