Job Description
Deliverables of the Role
End-to-End deliveries on R&D trials for category R&D users
Ensuring resources availability for trials
Recording trial data as defined by category users
Ensuring proper records for the employees working within the team
Training to new incumbent, new joiners
Trouble shoot
Coordinate maintenance and related activities
Implementing and ensuring adherence to various systems and processes e.g. SHE, LIMS, Pelican, GMP, ISO 9001 etc.
Carrying out storage stability as defined by category users
Overall planning, batch scheduling, execution of work as per LM/category needs
Active participation in Investigation, RCA and CAPA process for any NC
Active participation in new project commissioning
Upkeep of plant
Carrying out validation process as required
Required Professional skills
- Go getter, Problem solving, Analytical ability, Team collaboration
- Batch making skill - Understanding of process of mfg. of HC and/or PC products
- Process knowledge - Understanding of raw material handling and usage
- De risking capability/Safety assessments skills
- Skill to handle and implement documentation, GMP systems
- Should possess a basic engineering knowledge
- Should possess operational controls knowledge for handling process equipment
Required experience
Education - M Sc. Chemistry /Chemical engineering – 2 to 4 years of experience
B. Sc. (Preferably Chemistry) – 4 to 5 years of experience
Work experience - Should have worked in Laundry/Detergents or in Personal Care plant, preferably in production area
Industry Preference - FMCG mfg/chemical industry/Pharmaceutical industry
