The Kerala Public Service Commission is a body created by the Constitution of India. The Commission advise the Government on all matters relating to civil services referred to it under Article 320 (3) of the Constitution and publish notifications inviting applications for selection to various posts as per the requisitions of the appointing authorities, conduct written test and/or practical tests, physical efficiency test and interview, prepare ranked list based on the performance of the candidates and advise candidates for appointment strictly based on their merit and observing the rules of reservation as and when vacancies are reported.
Applications must be submitted online through the official website of the Commission after 'ONE TIME REGISTRATION'. Candidates who have already registered can apply through their profile.

Note:
(i) Conventional type applications for the post will be summarily rejected. Candidates shall apply only through online facility available at the Kerala Public Service Commission website viz keralapsc.gov.in.
(ii) Applications submitted by candidates belonging to the communities other than those notified will be summarily rejected. No rejection memo will be issued to these candidates.
(iii) Separate Ranked Lists will be prepared for the above Districts (Thrissur, Kozhikkode & Pathanamthitta) in pursuance of this notification. Ranked List thus prepared and published by the Commission shall remain in force until candidates are advised and appointed against the vacancies earmarked for the above community, but remain unfilled due to paucity of candidates during the currency of the Ranked List published for the post in the following dates in following districts.
(iv) The fourth NCA notification is issued due to the paucity of candidates belonging to the above community after the issuance of Ist NCA notification Cat No 160/09, second NCA notification vide Cat No 166/11 and third notification vide cat No 743/12.
(v) The candidates belonging to above reservation community shall submit application for this post to the district where the vacancy is in existence for their community and shall note the name of that district against the relevant column in the online application. Applications should not be submitted to more than one district in response to this notification. If applications are submitted contrary to the above direction, and if he/she is selected, his/her name will be removed from the Ranked List and disciplinary action will be taken against him/her.
(v) The selection in pursuance of this notification will be made on a Revenue District basis, subject to the special conditions laid down in G O (MS) No. 154/71/PD dated 27.05.1971. A candidate advised for appointment in one Revenue District from the Ranked List prepared is not eligible for transfer to another district unless he/she completes five years continuous service from the date of commencement of service in the former district. Even if transfer is allowed after five years, it will be subject to the rules in G O (MS) No.4/61/PD, dated 2.1.1961. Candidates already in Government Service holding the same post in any one district are prohibited from applying again for this post, but they can apply to higher posts when notified.
Method of appointment: Direct Recruitment (From candidates belonging to Latin Catholic community only).
Age: 18-39 . Candidates born between 02.01.1975 and 01.01.1996 (both dates included) are eligible for this post.

Note: For concessions allowed in upper age limit, subject to the condition that the maximum age limit shall in no case exceed 50 years, please see para (2) of the General Conditions under Part II of this Notification, except para 2 (i) .
Qualifications:
(i) A Pass in S.S.L.C or equivalent qualification.
(ii) A Certificate obtained after successful training in Nurse Cum pharmacist Training Course (Homoeopathy) conducted by the Government of Kerala or its equivalent.
Note: KS&SSR Part II Rule 10 a (ii) is applicable for selection to this post.

Those who have registered shall apply by logging into their profile using their User ID and pass word. Candidates must click on the `Apply Now' button of the respective posts in the Notification Link to apply for a post. No application fee is required. Candidates can view and have a printout of the details on the registration card by clicking the link Registration Card after entering the home page. Candidates are responsible for the correctness of the personal information and secrecy of password.
