Job Description
* Work with the Modeling and Simulation group in PK-PD modeling and other model development initiatives like PBPK and mechanistic model development
* Perform population PK analysis of clinical PK data from phase II trials
* Perform standard non-compartmental analysis on Toxicokinetic (TK) data using Phoenix WinNonlin software
* Participate in GLP tox studies for the TK phase of the study (collection of blood samples for TK)
* Review the clinical protocols for giving inputs wrt PK time points and sampling scheme
* Performing In vivo PK Studies (Both Cannulated and non cannulated)
* Coordinate with CROs for performing Dog PK/TK studies
* Well versed with GLP principles related to Toxicokinetics
* Analysis, Interpretation and report preparation of TK Data using Phoenix WinNonlin Software
* Acquainted with Allometric Scaling, PK-PD modeling and First in Human Dose Predictions
