Job Description
• Secure of supply with Third Party finished goods for regulatory markets under consideration of total costs of supply
• Maintain end to end information flow from supplier to the markets and vice versa
• Maintain information flow at the interfaces to internal parties like packaging materials management, transport management, quality department, procurement, serialization and AW
• Manage the end to end execution cycle of a Purchase Order
• Manage and maintain key planning parameters to optimize the supply chain performance.
• Ensure best practice in the Supply, and Inventory Planning processes.
• Perform all pre identified and ad-hoc reporting related activities
• Independently carry out both Supplier and Internal Stakeholder discussions
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Identify and execute transformation projects
• Responsible for customer service level, write offs and inventories
• Manage the steps of purchase order placement in terms of standard steps within the information systems and relevant communication with Third Party Suppliers and Teva markets
• Manage the follow up of the purchase order in terms of delivery dates and the relevant communication with Third Party suppliers and Teva markets
• Inform and instruct Teva Logistic function for the arrangement of pickup of the goods from Third Party suppliers and delivery to Teva markets or distribution hubs
• Manage the communication with test and release labs and EU release hubs, when the product requires this step
• Communicate the PO status with Teva Markets
• Provide inputs to the Orderbook, and take necessary actions with respect to trackers
• S&OP calls with Suppliers and markets
• Sort out invoice queries/AP and provide approvals
• Monitor supply performance against KPIs. Identify and understand trends in performance;
• Collaborate with suppliers to understand root causes of supply issues and define corrective actions plans and provides inputs during S&OP and other escalation forums
• Summarize key Third Party issues/decisions needed BRM & MBR forums
• Periodically review and refresh supply master data is complete and accurate: lead times, MOQs, Supply frequencies, required service levels, safety stock.
• Manage the market stock levels within predefined limits
• Manage the timely planning of AW changes in alignment with RA, the market, AW studio and Third Party
• MIS preparation and reporting
• Manage and escalate issues as required
Candidate Profile
• BE / MPharm/ MBA Operations , APICS certified preferred
• 10+ years Supply Chain experience;
• 2+ years working in an international business environment;
• 5+ years’ experience of working in SAP
• Understanding of pharmaceutical business operations;
• Experience in transformation projects , IBP, SAP ECC preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot, Vlookup), PowerPoint and Word
• Analytical skills, exceptional oral and written communication skills, and can see the “big picture” while still paying attention to detail.
• Identification of gaps/improvements in current processes and execute improvement projects
• Possess the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Capable of presenting information to all levels of management with supporting analysis and assumptions.
• Strong ability to influence, must have a high level of personal credibility as a spokesperson for supply management.
• Proven ability to deal with complexity and manage relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Ability to cope with pressure and deadlines
